30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- All full refund requests made within 30 days from the license key purchase are satisfied regardless of the reason
- The license key is blocked at the moment the refund is issued
- No questions asked – we honor all refund requests within this period
After 30 Days:
- All requests are considered individually
- The decision to issue a refund is made by company management
- Each case is evaluated based on specific circumstances
Partial Refunds
We do not provide partial refunds for license key upgrades and additional services. Each case of partial refund request is discussed separately between the customer and support team, and is satisfied only by mutual agreement.
Refund Requirements
To request a refund for license key(s), you need to:
- Remove all processed content – Delete all watermarked images, videos, and documents that were created using our service, including:
- Images uploaded to social networks
- Files sent to clients or customers
- Any content published online or shared with others

- Include your order/license information in the request
Processing Times
After we issue a refund, you will receive your money back within the following timeframes:
- PayPal payments: Within 24 hours
- Credit/Debit card payments: 1-10 business days (depending on your country and bank processing rules)
- Bank transfers: 2-4 business days
Note: Processing times may vary depending on your payment method, country of residence, and your bank’s policies. We initiate all approved refunds promptly, but the final processing time depends on your payment provider.
Important Notes
- License keys are immediately deactivated upon refund approval
- You must comply with the content removal requirement before the refund is processed
- Refunds are processed in the original currency and payment method used for purchase
License Key Recovery After Refund
Please note that once a refund is issued and the license key is blocked, it cannot be reactivated. If you wish to use our service again after receiving a refund, you will need to make a new purchase.
